Rachel Wilkins is the founder of Smart Art Business and former founder/CEO of Conception Arts, a national exhibition platform that supported more than 8,000 artists across 14 U.S. cities. She has spent over a decade helping artists build sustainable careers through exhibitions, education, media, and emerging technologies.

Rachel has presented workshops and lectures for institutions including the NEW INC program at the New Museum and UCLA, and has worked closely with TIME's emerging technology initiative, helping spotlight artists working at the intersection of art and technology. Her work in the digital art space has included collaborations connected to Sotheby's and the launch of the first Keith Haring digital artwork release. Through her media, education, and consulting work, Rachel continues to support artists navigating an evolving creative landscape.
